COVID-19

We’re happy to be able to provide assessments again. Please note that we have made changes to the way we do things so we appreciate your understanding. We are constantly reviewing our practices as your health and well-being is a top priority.

  • Where possible the initial interview section of the assessment will be undertaken via video chat online to reduce contact time

  • Health and well-being checks are carried out prior to each assessment to ensure that the assessor does not have any COVID-19 symptoms

  • uld be understood that clients attending an assessment will not be symptomatic of COVID-19, and will not have had a positive COVID-19 result within the10 days prior to the assessment

  • If you or your family develop symptoms of COVID-19, we are happy to reschedule at a later date at no extra chargeOne parent can accompany a child, however you will need to sit in a specified area, unfortunately, siblings are not able to stay for the assessment. If more than one adult wishes to attend (i.e. both parents or a grandparent), prior arrangements need to be made to ensure space is available

  • A perspex screen is used between the client and assessor, and all measures to the social distancing guidelines are adhered to

  • Hand sanitiser, disposable gloves, and disposable face masks are available to clients

  • All surfaces and equipment are disinfected before and after each assessment

  • Although we provide water, we advise you to bring your own
